Who we are

This website, milneram.com, is run by Milner Asset Management LLC, based in Kernersville, NC. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, business name, what you need, the plan you're interested in, your timeline and budget if you choose to share them, and your message. These are sent to us by email. We don't use them for anything except replying to you and discussing your project.

Like any website, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. To limit spam, the contact form also briefly records a one-way scrambled version of your IP address.

To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies or follow you to other websites, and it only gives us totals, such as page views, the site that referred you, your country and browser type, not who you are.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, we don't use advertising trackers, and this site doesn't set its own cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Store Hub

Our Store Hub application, including its job application pages, is a separate service and isn't covered by this policy.

GridSpace

Our GridSpace desktop app has its own GridSpace privacy policy. Downloading it from this site takes you to GitHub, which hosts the installer.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything you've sent us by emailing [email protected].

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
